Founder/President
Harvey was born in Los Angeles in 1978, but his family moved to Sheridan, Arkansas, when he was two. Raised on a 60-acre farm, Harvey attributes his strong work ethic to his country upbringing. He now resides in Little Rock but proudly calls Arkansas home.
Introduced to transportation early by his parents, Harvey grew up learning all aspects of his father’s trucking company, gaining experience in dispatch, planning, sales, recruiting, and operations management. After graduating with honors from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock in 1999, he joined his father’s company full-time, applying his education to the business and refining his skills over two decades.
In 2013, Harvey founded EOS, Inc., realizing his lifelong dream of growing a trucking business based on core values like Kindness, Respect, and Hard Work. Family is also key to Harvey, and he’s committed to passing down the trucking legacy to his children, with his oldest, Allie, already involved in the company.
