The Beech family has run Arkansas trucks since 1981.
EOS was founded in 2013, but the road behind it runs four decades deep. What started in a family trucking business became a company with one name and one standard: Everyone On Time Safely.

At EOS Trucking, I believe in simplicity. Business, like life, is about trust, respect, and commitment. With a lifelong passion for trucks and drivers, I deeply respect those behind the wheel: they are the heart of any trucking company. When I hand over the keys, it is more than a handoff. It is a partnership built on respect, honesty, and fairness.
EOS runs at a high-energy pace. We make fast decisions and sometimes clash, but we always come together. I believe in our team and would match us against any out there.
Our guiding principles prioritize everyone in the company, from drivers to support staff. By treating people right, we cultivate a culture of respect, hard work, and shared success.

Harvey Beech
President & CEO
Raised on a 60-acre farm in Sheridan and brought up in his father's trucking company, Harvey learned dispatch, planning, sales, recruiting, and operations from the ground up. He founded EOS in 2013 to build a trucking business on kindness, respect, and hard work, with his children already carrying the legacy forward.
Blair Ewell
Chief Operating Officer
A transportation leader with over 30 years of experience. After serving in the U.S. Army Logistics Corps during Desert Shield and Desert Storm, Blair built a career in operations, strategy, and turnarounds at Ryder, C.R. England, Swift, and USA Truck. He also leads technology and transformation at EOS.
Allie Beech
Vice President of Operations
Allie grew up around trucking and has worked for her dad every summer since she was 15. Today she leads EOS operations, from the dispatch floor to customer service.
Chuck Reimer
Chief Safety, Risk & Compliance Officer
Three decades in transportation safety, from over-the-road driver to Director of Safety at CalArk and PAM. Arkansas Trucking Association board member and an ATA Safety Director of the Year.
Brady Pipkin
Chief Financial Officer
Brady leads accounting, audits, and corporate finance. He spent nearly a decade as Controller at CalArk after a public-accounting career focused on transportation.
