Veterans at EOS
Your next mission: keep America moving.
The precision, independence, and level head you forged in uniform are exactly what this job takes. EOS is a family-run Arkansas carrier where veterans are welcomed by people who served, and your military driving experience counts from day one.

Led by someone who served
From the Army Logistics Corps to running our fleet.
Our Chief Operating Officer, Blair Ewell, served in the U.S. Army Logistics Corps during Desert Shield and Desert Storm before three decades in transportation. When a veteran joins EOS, the leadership understands where you are coming from, because part of it has been there.
Sense of duty does not end when the uniform comes off. Keeping shelves stocked, farmers in business, and supply lines secure is essential work, and it rewards the mission-first mindset veterans bring.
Your service counts
Federal pathways that turn service into a CDL career.
Skip the road test
Drove a military commercial vehicle in the last year with two years of safe experience? The FMCSA military skills test waiver lets you skip the CDL road test in every state. Your recruiter walks you through the paperwork.
Even Exchange for your MOS
In participating states, qualifying military driving occupations can also skip the CDL knowledge test and trade a military license toward a civilian CDL. We check your state's rules for you before you apply.
GI Bill pay on top of pay
We are establishing a U.S. Department of Labor Registered Apprenticeship paired with VA approval so eligible veteran drivers can draw GI Bill housing allowance on top of full EOS driver pay. Ask your recruiter for the current status.
Your MOS translates here
Army 88M, 92F, and 14T. Marine Corps 3531. Navy EO. Air Force 2T1, 2F0, and 3E2. If you moved equipment, fuel, or people in uniform, you already know the discipline this job takes.
All EOS hiring criteria and DOT requirements apply. Waiver and benefit eligibility is determined by your state driver licensing agency and the VA, and your recruiter will confirm what applies to you before you commit.
